This is a call centre from hotpoint trying to get you to buy a replacement tumble dryer for £59 instead of them fixing the faulty ones. I would say a bit of a nerve they are at fault and they want more money
Vulcan will not take notice of requests to stop calling even though they are told I am registered with the TPS. I have reported them to TPS, Ofcom, Kingston Comminications (local provider) all without any success in stopping the calls. They drop the line when I pick up the phone.
