Called themselves reactive life asked if I have a funeral plan in place. They havr called me constantly for the past year and a half each time ive told them to remove my number very annoying caller.
Boiler-room call-center outside of the UK, routed through UK mobile number. Trying to sell financial products. Dodgy.

This phone number keeps ringing me, now it is twice or even three times a day. Ignored it and now I get voicemail, when I go to it, it says nothing. I ignore it but it is so annoying.

Male called James. Asked about marketing calls coming through although I am registered with the TPS. Apologised for the call and offered me an enhanced service where all called would me monitored. How did he know I am registered with TPS?
