I couldn t make out what was being said, and he wouldn t listen to me. Wanted to do a "survey", but I ve got no time or interest in that, so I had to cancel call. Number is now blocked.

This number is being used by The Amazon Refund Scam. They use that to trick people out of thousands of pounds by taking control of their computers, do not answer it is a total fake and a fraud.
