this seems to be a number that rings and then just cuts off......bizzarre.....
I have no one and no business there, but I'm receiving calls from there, here is Spain. I guess it's for no good reason.

This phone number 01142340743 says it is your bank and someone has used your PIN number. Tell you to press a number to speak to your bank.
I don't know who called as I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message on my answerphone. I never answer calls from unknown numbers as they're usually either a scam or trying to sell me something I don't want. If it's an important call and they really need to speak to me then they would probably leave a message. I live Manchester area and there's no reason for anyone from London area to contact me.
