SCAM The person phoned claimed to be from Home Care. "I understand you want to terminate your contract. Normally this would be for five years. We will send the paperwork through. In the meantime, do you still bank with Lloyds? When I said I'm not giving out bank details on the phone because she already has them she said that some customers change their banks. This is just one more attempt to scam my elderly mother out of money by an organisation she doesn't have a contract with.
