I was scammed for about £40 and contacted phonepayplus.org.uk who are a regulatory body for these scams. It appears they closed this company down yesterday through the courts (29/5/2013) and there is now a tribuneral process to help you recover your money. Look at their web site for further details or call them on 0800 500 212. Good luck
