Fraud. Claims to be from EE saying there's a problem with taking payment and threatening to cancel services unless I update my billing details. I'm not even an EE customer! :-)
This is a Somerset Highways telephone number. If you have made a comment, or complaint, about a road or pavement, either by email, letter or telephone, this is the generic telephone number they will call you back on. They did telephone me back later the same day. No good trying to call them back, it is not a manned line.
Played a really poor robot recording pretending they were HMRC. If I didn't 'press 1' to speak to an HMRC agent a 'warrant would be issued in my name and I would be arrested'. Absolute ludicrous scam, just block the number and go about your day.
