SCAM. People claiming to be currys pc world ringing to ask if i want to buy a new samsung galaxY. I just, of course, need to provide my bank details.

Message arrived over WhatsApp - I guess it's now the platform of choice for scammers, as bulk SMS costs money? Suspicious "hi, hope you are doing well" received, and nothing else. I'd suggest do not reply, not even to ask "who is this?", as it's likely a scam. If it was somebody I knew, I'd expect them to use my name and/or identify themselves if they can see we haven't communicated before.
Recorded message from “your bank” re payments to Amazon etc. Definitely a scam. I hung up and blocked the number.SCAM
This number ends in 408 not 409 every time I ring it its busy so I am presuming its a scam so beware

Scam. Recording with female voice threatening jail for customs & tax avoidance. Follow up call from number with similar digit pattern (0766) an hour previously. Hung up & blocked.

Its an invalid number, but was left by a scammer calling from 020 7776 9274 claiming to work for Halifax bank.
