Recorded message. Didn't get the full details because presumably it started playing immediately it went to voicemail so the beginning wasn't recorded, but it ended "or press 9 to opt out and receive no further calls". Adding it to block list.
SCAM
Called 10 times, I answered and they were from a foreign country telling me Id won an Iphone through a competition I entered even though I have not enetered any iphone 7 competition

This number called me and an Asian man was on the phone. He had all my details and said it was in regards to my Windows computer and they had records of a virus and needed to log onto it to clear it. Funny thing is I dont even have a computer. As soon as I told him that he hung up quickly. This is deffo a scam
