Scam
A prime example of blatant abusers of your right to peace in your own home. An abuser will always try to justify their abuse. These guys have even prepared and published a script, which plays on our feelings toward the authorities like the Police, who we are supposed to trust, and these guys attempt to ally themselves with them and some creative writing. Do not communicate with ORS, they will abuse your confirmed data as they have your unconfirmed data. Block and ignore. :)

Hmrc fraud apparently
Claimed to be Carphone Warehouse. I immediately pointed out I have no relationship with CW, caller was "Ok not a problem", and terminated the call.
SPAM
The caller represented that they were "Citizens Advice" - in fact it was the usual "I understand that you ve been involved in an accident..."
