Several calls from this number over past few days, but they won't leave a message when answerphone cuts in. Very irritating

THERE ARE LOADS OF THESE CALLS & FRONT DOOR CALLERS TOO. 1) NEVER CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH UNINVITED OR UNKNOWN CALLERS ON YOUR DOORSTEP OR VIA YOUR PHONE OR INTERNET. 2) DON'T GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION NOR CONFIRM ANYTHING THEY ASK YOU ABOUT AND NEVER EVER TELL YOUR BANK DETAILS. 3) NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR DATE OF BIRTH (and never use a true d.o.b. on social media websites - always use a false date of birth when signing up if pressed for your d.o.b. on those sites). 4) NE

They called my friend, an automated voice possibly promoting a scam, pretending to be the UK Gov. Figured I'd report this here.
Leaves a message sounding like an Indian woman with a mental problem
