This is Lowell Financial - trying to get you to increase payments if you have an arrangement. They also use 0845 8150653

Looks like a scam call claiming they are BT TELECOM and said they will disconnect landline and internet if I don t press 1 to talk to them

SCAM / SPAM Several calls from an Asian woman claiming to work for mobiles.co.uk offering too good a deal to be true, she didn’t speak English well enough to be genuine. She then sent me an email which looked fake.
Just a standard call from a voip number.
