Annoying call from this and different ending numbers , mostly silent , todays was an asian sounding lady called "ANNA" something to do with a company called GALLOP , told them not to call again , it will be ruder next time

It was one of those companies saying they've been informed that I was in a car accident when I've never been in an accident. They said not even slips or trips at work. I just put the phone down.

I live in Manchester. Just had a call from these people trying to guide me to allow them remote access to my computer to "fix problems". I knew it was a scam to rip personal info from my computer. Just wanted to share that they are now contacting phone numbers in the Manchester area - be warned
Not exactly. A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to Patient Claim Line (for medical negligence claims).

SCAM? Rang to discuss selling of shares and making appointment to discuss. Phone number left with us was diverted to answerphone without any human contact , seeming suspicious. Reported to Action fraud as a precaution
