Called but then hung up, called the number but said their offices were closed.

Foreign man claiming to be from Windows. He got stroppy with me when I challenged him about being a scam.
I stupidly dialed the voicemail message for this number and it rang and a guy answered and asked for me by name and when I asked what company he was from he hung up on me. He did the same to my husband and friend too. Sounded like a call centre. Block them
Has called twice in past two hours. First time, silence heard, then a pick-up in what is obviously a foreign call centre of multiple cold callers. I told Asian male I spoke with to take number off list and then hung up. He called back and I repeated my request. He said "I will NEVER take your number off my list. What will YOU do about it?" I told him I would I would report to the authorities and hung up. Extremely rude, belligerent, harassing cold-caller. These people need to be arrested for harassment.

caller hangs up everytime as soon as the call is taken.
Claimed to be Carphone warehouse offering an upgrade, told him i didn t have my phone from Carphone warehouse and he said "we are calling on behalf of EE" I hung up and called EE who told me they don t have other companies call about upgrades as they would rather people upgrade through them directly. So, is it Carphone warehouse?..... Maybe. Is it a scam? .......Possibly. Is it dishonest?...... DEFINITELY!
