Fraud Asian female claiming to be with the National debt helpline when asked to put the phone down as I suspected this was a fraudulent call she replied "You put the phone down!" needless to say the call was terminated

Answered as area code is where i live (Hartlepool) yet caller was scouse. Calling in regards to minor accident... started to explain that they had called last year and they hung up.

Can t someone just get this person arressted? It s getting on my nerves, calling me at least 3/4 times a week.
