Do not answer. My number is registered with the MPS (Mobile Preference Service) yet they still called. Claimed that they are from Assured Legal and that they are calling about an accident I recently had (not true). As soon as I tried to explain that their records were incorrect they hung up on me. They ve bought an out of date list of names and numbers and are calling purporting to be a legal team. They asked by name for someone who used to use this number > 10 years ago.

3 unwanted call in the space 5 minutes all different 01934 prefix,ignored them all thanks to info on this site.

I rang this number back, automated answer says they are GID Ltd, "and you have been called today in relation to your recent financial comitment"

Number called 3 times advising they are calling from the Carphone Warehouse and wanted to offer me an upgrade. They 1st and foremost didnt know which network i was with yet they were offering me an upgrade. It sounded dodgy so i thought i post on here. Please beware!
