This number is used by a 'company' called Prestige Dynamics who scam old folks into buying Call Blockers. They are also related to a company IT Protect Limited, who do the same thing. Avoid them at all costs.
I never quite catch the name of this company but they keep calling about an accident they seem to think I have been involved in that wasn't my fault. I have told them that's not correct, asked where they got my number from and to take me off their list, and for clarification of their name. Each time I've been hung up on.
