I am reporting this company to the police as someone called Nigel Newman claims to be a bailiff from Northampton County Court collecting for HMRC. He claims to be from Vinning Associates. Northampton County Court confirms only 2 bailiffs work for them and do not visit outside Northampton. Neither are called Nigel Newman. There is no registered company called Vinning Associates. If you get a call you should contact the police.
