I have just received a call from this phone number, it was someone called Matt claiming to be from the IT department of BT. He wanted contact name and email address so he could send important information about "system updates". I asked him several times if he was actually from BT as it seemed suspicious to me, and each time he replied yes he was from the IT department of BT. I asked for his ID number, which he gave - 31811 - and I said I d call BT to double check. He then said "you waste my time" and hung u
