SCAM - has to be as I have no contacts in the north of England and the number, once blocked, is followed within a couple of hours by another similar number coming from the same location. This has happened to me 4 times now - the same pattern of one number followed a couple of hours later by another. AVOID as it can only be a scam.

Checked out and company does have site up at www.utilita.co.uk. Trying to compare pricing of gas/electric meters and encouraging you to switch with them.
Silent call answered and they immediately hung up, tried recalling and it didn't even ring
