I never answer my phone whilst at work unless I know who is calling I have blocked this number from my phone several times over the last few months but for some reason it keeps getting through!

SCAM There's an answering machine that says the call receiver has a criminal case and arrest warrant has been issued. Then it asks you to press 1 to continue.
Caller was silent and hung up after 6 seconds
They put down right after I picked up (I heard the click).

SCAM Called with automated message saying $399 (USD) was about to be charged to my VISA card. If I disconnect this would trigger the payment but to dispute I'd have to press whatever number. I put the phone down. Clearly a scam to frighten people. Worrying that it came from an apparently Nottingham number. The number is not in use. Says it all.
