SCAM / FRAUD Message (as received): "O2: We were unable to process your latest payment. In order to avoid fees, please update your information via https://o2.uk.o2al.com/?o2=2" I did NOT click link and would advise anyone getting similar message not to either. I am not a customer of O2 so an obvious Phishing to random numbers. Note the link is NOT via the official "o2.co.uk" domain. BEWARE!!! P.S. Fraud SCAM . Have this number blocked but they still attempt calls. Absolutely fed up with these scammers. They won't admit who or what they are when questioned and are content to spoof their number and attempt scams. Do not speak to these crooks.
