Currently begin used by Scammers in Pakistan
Text message received claiming to be one of my children with a broken phone using a friend’s number. Wants me to text the friends number. My children didn’t send it so it must be a scam.
Automated scam caller, blocked.
SCAM
The number rang me but when answered did not respond at all and went quiet , suspicious.
Has called my Skype internet number every day, twice a day all week long. I don t answer and they don t leave a message. Block!
Beware if you answer this number it will automatically make your phone return a call to them. I do not know at what cost. When dialled from another phone it does not ring out.
Recorded message, US voice "The number you have dialled is not in service. Please check the number and try again."
SCAM - "Your parcel has been redirected to your local post office branch due to an unpaid shipping fee. To reschedule a delivery please visit .....", and it gives a convincing-looking web address. I believe this is yet another scam aimed at emptying your bank account.
