On TPS - phoned twice on Withheld Display. Asked to speak to supervisor and given this number. (They say they are telling you about Government Initiative for Energy saving.) You phone this number, to get name removed, and get no reply.

They call rambling about insurance cover. If you tell you "no" they keep bothering you. I have just shut the phone call and blocked them.
Caller Display showed - INTERNATIONAL 0125458789. A female said 'hello' but hung up when I didn't respond.
