Laughing and name calling. No idea who or why. This is my mum getting the phone calls. Every 3 or 4 days.

Had numerous calls from this number all of which showed on the phone as a Withheld number which I’m very dubious about answering and even though my answer phone was on no messages was left at anytime I don’t understand why a message couldn’t be left.
