Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 11430342xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with utility services - gas and electric mostly, energy comparison, and as usually smart meters. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

asked various questions about phone and energy bills, life insurance, and the company name I've heard the most out of two (usually both well-known). Was told questions would take no longer than a minute, so at 1.5 minutes, I asked how many more questions, the reply was "this is last one". After 3 more questions, I hung up. Polite, but operators Asian accent slowed things down.
