This call lasted only seconds because the line was so appalling. As soon as I heard the crackling I knew it was another criminal who had been given access to my Talk Talk details over a year ago and wanted to persuade me to give him control of my computer. He mentioned my name. After I had repeated "Hello" a few times he rang off.
