Called about accident I was supposed t have had. When I asked where they was ringing from they hung up.

Same message as from other numbers regarding boiler improvement scheme, choice of number to talk, another to be removed from the "database", which I suspect consists of a phone book, which gets ignored anyway. Report them to the ICO. If the ICO get enough reports, they might do something useful.
