Called started being polite but when she told me she was from Eco Services I told her I had had someone at my house from them. She said no one from there had been in the Carlisle area so I told her I wasn’t in Carlisle. She repeated my postcode so I told her again it wasn’t Carlisle. She then got nasty and told me if I wanted to be pedantic she couldn’t be bothered whether me. Any genuine company would not talk to a potential customer like that.

Phoned today at 14.45 purporting to be bt technical department and stating that they were disconnecting my internet and wanting me to press a number I have been getting a number of these calls from all different numbers and so have a few people I know. Yet another scam it’s about time something was done about it
How did they get my details when this is not my phone it's paid for by somebody else 250 miles away. The mind boggles at how much scammery people think they can get away with. I've forwarding it onto the police. Let the scammer(s) live for the rest of their lives looking over their shoulder or from behind bars.
