i waited until out of office hours and called 0114 700 0889. it directed to the Voicemail of Amelia Hernandes. i believe these guys are professional scammers.

More to add to the entry above... I think he's a very clever robotic system as he doesn't quite react naturally to questions. I suspect it can also spoof the phone number that it's reportedly calling from as my phone has a couple of missed calls from very very similar numbers: 01305300352, 01305300289, 01305300287. It's obviously fishing for vulnerable targets.

This number called my landline at 15.45 yesterday, when I answered I could heared recorded music and then a recorded voice saying your call is important to us stay on the line and you will be transferred to the next available agent. As I hadn t called them, I hung up.
