I received an automated voice message claiming to be from Amazon Prime, saying that my Amazon Prime account will continue and that a sum of money would be removed from my bank account for this. I do not have an Amazon Prime account and have never had one, so I'm sure that this was a scam call. I'm afraid that I didn't listen to the full message to find out what it was asking me to do.
Call at 8.38 am from someone with Indian sounding accent re my computer "Running slowly" If this is an Edinburgh based number why can t B.T. simply block it ?

Called at 13:51 today by a foreign sounding male, who gave an English sounding name. Said he was calling on behalf of Marks & Spencer and stated they had been given my number by the Government. When I said I wasn t the person he was asking for (I was) he said "then why the f**k did you waste my time then you b***h" before disconnecting the call. Charming gentleman.
