SCAM. Automated phone call to say someone had used our Visa card for a international transaction.
SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. They got angry so I called them out as the scammer they are and according to the scammer all UK people are idiots. Have reported it to action fraud.
Pretending to be from O2 offering phone upgrades - broad Indian accent that was barely understandable, did the standard thing of when you say sorry didn't catch that proceeding to just talk their script to you like they didn't hear you. Blocked and reported

Tel: 01414041913 Type: SCAM Date: Dec 02, 2022 Very aggressive scum of the earth individual on the phone with a typical Asian (Indian/Pakistani) accent. Pretending to represent Microsoft and was persistent about problems with my computer. This is a SCAM!! DO NOT engage into a conversation with these people, just hang up, REPORT and BLOCK the number.

Utilities: Indian voice saying that they were from EE. Told them I was with Vodafone (I'm not) and was informed that EE and Vodafone were now joined (they're not, Vodafone are looking to join with 3). I then hung up and blocked the numberSPAM
