"James" (Spoke very poor English)said he was calling from BT and that my internet router was infected and he needed to log on remotely to my PC. I asked why BY was calling because I am with another service provider. He said if I didn t let him log on my PC would close down and be permenantly damaged. I asked him for I number at BT i could verify his call was genuine and he hung up

This is a Company that is calling reagrding a car accident.

stated that I couldn t talk cause was sorting out my 3 year old, and was told the call won t take long, so stated again that I was sorting my 3 year old out and that child safety comes first and then go OK, will call you back later

SCAM Scam phonecall alert: landline rings (we don't use it) voice on the other end claims to be from TalkTalk telling me that my IP address is being used by others for illegal activity. I call bullshit and hang up. 0121 number... be alert
Call from a bot to inform you that your internet is being disconnected due to illegal activity, press 1 to speak to an advisor. The adviser claims to be from BT wont know your IP address your physical address or even your internet provider. Do people really fall for this crap!?
