In line with everyone above I have had the same experience. They continue to call at least 4 times a day. I have now installed a BT Call blocker phone BT8500, its heaven, I know now that when the phone rings its from one of my approved listed numbers. Certainly worth the money. I smile in satisfaction every time I check the phone to see what numbers have called to see them listed. All they get is an automated message telling them their number is blocked. :)

this number seems to be a call centre getting bookings to visit for several companies connected to energy saving. I got so sick of them I invited one poor salesman to come and talk about gas boilers and when he arrived I gave him a nice cup of tea and told him there was no gas in my village.
