SCAM - Claimed to be from Sky technical department to fix my internet users. Apparently I have "strangers" using my internet. Only "stranger" here was this dude.

Silent call. Rings daily every day.
Very insistent woman claiming that I am due a payment because a 3rd party has admitted fault in a car accident in the past 12 months and I am due my excess back. Did not pursue the call but she effectively wanted me to complete a form over the phone and unwilling to send details in the post or elaborate on any information they hold about me. Could be phishing?
Automated call. Message states that money has been taken from my account and I should push '3' . Scam and suspected fraud caller. This number comes from the Gatwick area.
