Silence when answered, then hung up. Potential reverse call scam, most likely an auto dialler that didn't connect through to a scammer.
SCAM Threatening final warning that my national insurance number will be terminated and 'do not ignore this call or there will be legal trouble' [!] Total twaddle which I ignored. Had same message on home phone in March purporting to be from the Bank of England!

Missed call from a number not recognised by me. I googled the number and I which led me here. I won't phone them back and will put them on my blacklist, so that any calls from this number won't get through.
