Missed call
SCAM pretending to be "national fraud agency" with automated message that your National Insurance number has been compromised.
Bournemouth number. been rang 3x by this number. no message left.
Said they were BT, I had too many people using my IP. The account name was wrong. They said they could block them from their server, but it would be better from my PC. After my challenges they sent a text message with a verification code. It said to change my password. I did. Had one previously, real BT support said it was a scam. Assumed this identical call was too. Only the false account name was a clue, otherwise how can you tell?

one of those automated accident calls that puts you through to a call centre, when i asked for the company registration number, he said goodbye and hung up.

Received a supposed Halifax alert - clearly a scam

Scam. When I called him out that his scam is well known he got very abusive. I let him rant on until he eventually hung up. Call originated from an Indian call centre.

i took the call for someone else on their phone, and asked for more information from the company. Was told it was a personal call, when i could hear it was a call centre. The lady refused to give me any info and she told me thats its okay she will phone on the other number she has, tutted and was rude!
