Accident claims firm, have blocked the number
It was just a random call.
No message on my answer machine, unknown
Rang my wife who could not understand the message. I called back and the asian guy told me he was HMRC Fraud department. I know HMRC only ever call on "No caller ID" so I challenged him for his name and address, and who he really was. After a short while he called me a mother fucker and ended the call

I have received frequent calls from that number. They ring for a couple of seconds, and then stop. I managed to answer once, and got no response.

Can confirm this is On Your Doorstep which sells advertising space to local businesses. Reasonable prices, the only negative is that they ask you to book 6 months of adverts at a time.
