this person likes to call you then claim it isn't him calling you when you call him back on the missed call list , weird person especially when you send him a screen shot of his missed calls

This is a scam. They claim to be calling from DHL about an unpaid import duty charge but they haven’t even got the right amount! I’d already had an email from DHL a few days earlier. Didn’t ask for payment over the phone but sent an email. What bothers me is that they had my home phone number, my email address (the payment link was in a very poorly constructed fake email from ‘George Spofforth’) & the DHL waybill number. Serious data breach going on here.
Called it back no answer
Caller asked about a car accident I was in but was not my fault - I asked who was calling caller immediately put the phone down.

Missed and called it back, number could not be recognised
Calls started today from this number from Portsmouth, I've had loads of other calls from similar numbers from Portsmouth too so I'm guessing it's a scam
