Purchased a fridge freezer online form AO on behalf of my Mother - the following morning this company called my mum asking for her card details...clearly trying to sell her warranty but didn t explain it to her. The call left her extremely worried that it was some kind of scam. Lucky mum was on the button and didn t give her card details, but the guy was quite pushy telling her he d wait while she went to get her card.

This happens so often. Mostly they ask for 'Katy Simpson' and offer a loan other times, like today, total silence. This has been going on for over a year.

Couldnt pronounce my surname properly. Said i wasnt me and they quoted my address. I said No youve got the wrong number. They apologised and hung up.

Repeated calls from 0118 230 **** which follow the same pattern. The call disconnects when the answerphone pick-up the call. No message is left
