Phoned by this message with recorded message that is about tax fraud and asked me to choose a number but when done it is closed the line straight away. Very suspicious call

Unsolicited sales call/scam. Caller stated he was calling from the "Insulation Advisory Group" based in London (but displayed a Leeds phone number). Asked several leading questions, trying to get me to say Yes. Long silences between his questions, as if he was trying to record my voice agreeing to something.
this call is from people saying they have £200,000 improvment to spend in your area they are a widow company from swansea area they are a pain ask were they got my mobile number...
Call my mobile 2 to 3 times a day .When I did answer it went dead .now I see the number and don't pick up.
