silent call to a TPS registered telephone. number appears to be operated by Colt Technology but in view of the location showing above its probably a spoofed number and a scam artist calling

Nuisance caller. We have up to 5 calls a day from this number with a pre-recorded voice saying they have urgent information for us at which point we put the phone down.

Insulation. They claim it's a survey, but you know it's a scam. Silence on line for several seconds. (I do not say anything when answering unknown numbers just to see if it is a robot messenging call). When questioned about what company he was representing, the man purported to be an energy adviser from the Insulation Advice Line. I asked him if he could provide his company number. He replied 'No'. He was rude and talked over me. The threat of reporting him because of TPS violation did not phase him.
