This phone number is from a scam , they impersonate companies like Microsoft and then ask for your bank details. They then take large sums of money from you

They are a company caliming you are in a "minor road accident" and can claim money back... scam, block the number!
SCAM Asks for access to your pc. Tells you that you are going to receive a new broadband router from Virgin Media Main Server and that you are owed compensation of over £200 for their poor service. Starts to ask for personal information. I hung up on the call when it became clear they were going to ask for bank account info.
I ve a few of these ping calls recently but didn t know what ping calls meant until I looked it up today. Have blocked this number now.
I don`t know anyone in Manchester so must be crank call

Kept pestering me over and over
Silent call This number calls our landline every day, even Sunday. No-one speaks and then the call is disconnected. Very annoying. No idea who this is.

Message arrived over WhatsApp - I guess it's now the platform of choice for scammers, as bulk SMS costs money? Suspicious "hi, hope you are doing well" received, and nothing else. I'd suggest do not reply, not even to ask "who is this?", as it's likely a scam. If it was somebody I knew, I'd expect them to use my name and/or identify themselves if they can see we haven't communicated before.
this was an automated call from BT telling me my internet was being disconnected
Machine claiming that no calls be answered from this number. Suspicious IMHO
