A woman with a foreign accent wanted to ask me questions. She kept evading the issue when I asked her what company she was from. I hung up.
Sells pitch
This is fraud. A message on my answer machine said they were from my bank and two large transactions were coming off my account. A quick check of my banking app proved this to be nonsense.
This number called me today saying with an automated message that there was a fraudulent charge for a US gambling site and if I wanted to no more I was to press one. 100% SCAM DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS!!! The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. Be safe everyone.

Had two calls today from this number about accident which I am supposed to have had. Very annoying as I work from home. Told them not to call again

Was told by a lady that "I ve been informed that you were in a car accident that wasn t your fault" I replied really! and asked her who had informed her and she hung up. When I tried phoning the number the operator responded that it was an unknown number. Clearly a scam call!!
