Just had a call from this number too, but I didnt pick up. LEWGIL, for info I have checked and it seems in Scotland we DO have to reregister every year :(
Seems to be some call centre dealing with insurance marketing - similar numbers are reported as accident chasers : "Have you ever had an accident..."
Foreign female claiming to be an " Advisory service " , Then went on to say I understand you have had a no fault accident " After twice telling her there was no accident , she asked the date of the accident ! I then said my number is registered with the TPS ( Telephone preference service ) & she should not be ringing this number . She hung up !!
