This man did have good english so don't be fooled, I knew it was a scam as I don't use that internet provider and they do the rounds using different numbers the number they called from was - 01545 845848. Beware they do use other numbers even if you do use that service provider don't be taken in by scammers . So annoying get rid of the landline and be scam free that option is looking good, or get a blocking service
