Report it to Ofcom. I have - and as a last resort, BBC Radio 4?s You and Yours? programme to investigate. I?d urge everyone reading this to do the same: The number belongs to a legitimate small business in Ryde, Isle of Wight. It has been hijacked by overseas scammers. The poor business owners, who s livelihood is being seriously affected, have reported to their phone company, Ofcom and Action Fraud, none of whom, as far as I know, have been able to resolve the matter. Spam. Some kind of insurance company cold calling operation. Not nasty, just annoying.

Recorded message inviting me to press button 1 as my BT broadband had been hacked. Rubbish! I didn't bother pressing button 1. Seems a coincidence that a similar number ending 519 leaves messages that the Amazon Prime account has expired.
No idea who this was but as only two people and my phone provider have been given this number, it's pretty safe to assume it's spam
