Safe number I have been expecting a call from the police and just received it from this number which is Hampshire Police, so it is not a scam

I missed a call from this number just now (3.4.23 at 12.51). My son works in Glasgow and I was worried that something might have happened. I tried to call it back x3 and each time, after a long pause, the call failed to connect.

Automated call Exact same goons from the number logged yesterday (01163261743) just rings hangs up, called back and it's the same extension declining inbound calls.
WhatsApp message saying "Hey Julia ,would you like me to buy two tickets for the football." Not any of my contacts, & I'm not called Julia.tel code location Manchester. Unknown caller. I did not reply. Possible scam.

Scam! I received a call which started with a voice message saying that if I wanted to avoid legal action I had to speak to an operator immediately. The woman I spoke to said her name was Agent Sophine and she was part of the investigation team, even though she kept changing the name of her department. She was very aggressive and spoke very fast. She had a strong foreign accent and at times it was hard to understand what she was saying, but she threw in enough legal words with a loud threatening tone that I

Definite scam. Claimed (falsely) to be Harry from Carphonewarehous3 in London calling because "we have a special offer on new phones today". I live in Scotland, he's calling from London claiming to be a big phone store. They would never ring me like that, nor you either. How could he have got my number legitimately? He immediately went into "what phone are you using?" Obviously looking to sound like he could choose an upgrade whilst scamming you out of the cost of the non-existent
