For rung today. Hubby is IT professional. Knew it was a scam and hung up. There is an excellent YouTube video of how this scam works . they install dodgy software. Worth watching.

SCAM - it's one of those NCA scam messages saying your NI number has been suspended
This number is associated with a company called "Knowhow" which has a website for tracking deliveries from currys. They claim to deliver things but don t. I am currently trying to track where my delivery went as I didn t receive it. They claim it was delivered. So I wouldn t trust this bunch
This call was from a heavily accented asian called Grahame telling me that my computer was running slowly and he could help to fix it. As if!!
