I rang Lloyds about this number, they have confirmed it is their collection phone number. The only security question they will ask for confirmation is DOB and postcode which will not give access to your data but verify they have the right person. Then they say why they are calling, Generally missed payment they said.

They called to talk about changes to UK pensions for people from the UK who had moved abroad. I asked where they got my number. They said their "research department" had found it, probably on LinkedIn. The number they called on isn't publicly available anywhere, so one of my LinkedIn contacts must have shared it, or they were lying. Tempted to complain to Offcomm.
Please report silent or abandoned calls to OFCOM. Spammers do not care if you post here; they DO worry when they are reported to Ofcom, which takes 5 minutes or less on their sites. Your phone company don't care as they get to sell you caller ID and increase their revenue for call blocking.
